Eighteen months ago a couple of our clients asked us what we were doing about auto enrolment (AE). We responded with a quizzical look and asked: “What do you mean?” They responded by saying: “Are you building software that ‘just does what it says on the tin’ that we could licence from you?’ We thought: “Ah ha – what a good idea.” So we embarked on a journey that was eye opening and ultimately successful.
