We’re continuously focussed on quality; it underpins all aspects of the business. We use our robust quality management system, which governs all our working processes, systems and internal controls.

We carry out regular internal audits to ensure the highest standards are met and that business improvement objectives continue to progress. We can only serve our clients by ensuring delivery of a high-quality service – this underpins our entire core and essence.

The internationally recognised information security management system (ISMS) standard, ISO 27001 is based on the ‘plan – do – check – act’ model in common with ISO 9001. It uses risk assessment and business impact analysis to identify and manage risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Increasingly our clients and prospective clients want to know how safe their IT systems are. More organisations now see certification to ISO 27001 as a prerequisite for doing business.

ITM continues to maintain both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 which underpin the internal QMS and ISMS system. The external audits are undertaken by Lloyd’s Register as part of maintaining our certification.

We’re proud to have achieved the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Cyber Essentials is a UK government scheme, launched on 5^th June 2014, to enable organisations to adopt the technical controls to protect against common online security threats.

The primary objective for our security strategy is to protect customer data, adopting best practice in information security and always looking to improve the company’s security posture. The Cyber Essentials Plus certification demonstrates that we have the strength of the security assurance framework already in place through ISO27001 to further protect information from cyber threats.

Every year, we complete the FSQS questionnaires covering all areas of our business. It stands for Financial Services Qualification System and is used to demonstrate compliance with regulators, policies and governance controls within organisations serving businesses within the financial services sector.

As a supplier we support FSQS demand for high standards across the industry and are proud to demonstrate our adherence. It provides our clients with added assurance – we’re a safe pair of hands to support them.
