It is with great sadness that we share news of the sudden passing of our colleague Karl Richter.

Karl joined ITM in 2009, and quickly became a key member of a small but ambitious company.  His enthusiasm for new challenges was matched only by his vast talent and ability to meet them, establishing him as an instrumental figure in many of ITM’s most significant and noteworthy achievements.  Karl not only brought great intellect and experience, but also a unique personality that endeared him to both colleagues and clients alike.  His loss as a colleague, mentor and friend brings great sadness to everyone at ITM.

A loving husband to Amanda and caring father to Claire and Lucy, we send our deepest sympathy to them and all of Karl’s family and friends at this difficult and desperately sad time.
