ITM, the market leading independent data, systems and consulting corporate pensions specialists, today announced the acquisition of Legacy Asset Systems (LAS) which becomes ‘Informed Decisions Ltd’ (ID ITM) and will operate as a subsidiary company.

Informed Decisions will provide a range of services to assess the suitability for transfer of legacy assets recorded in adviser back office systems and electronic sources to new, more appropriate alternatives such as platforms and new destination funds. It will also provide risk, change and process management, client segmentation, technology services and suitability reporting.
